Autumn is definitely my favorite season, especially where we live. Incredible color changes in the trees makes it a popular color tour area. We try to take time driving in different directions to just take it all in. It’s the best time for a hike in the woods, beautiful colors and no bugs! Perfection. It also seems like a time for baking, and nesting. We certainly don’t need me to be baking anything, but I can’t resist whipping up at least one batch of pumpkin something.
To keep me from baking anymore sweet treats that I don’t need to be eating, I get into my craft room instead. At least the creativity that I do there doesn’t add to my groaning on the scale. Again, terrible color skills ( I really have to learn how to do that better), but I had fun with the different textures on this one. Some tearing, edging, embossing, sponging, watercolor, punching, coloring, stamping… I think it got a little of everything. A very versatile Stampin Up set – In the Meadow. Love the nature scenes.
