I haven’t posted in a long time, but I’m back. Hoping to try and stay on a more regular schedule with postings and updates now.
We are into fall, and almost transitioning to winter already. Have had our first snow and nights are cold now. Color change was spectacular this year; not sure if that’s because of all the rain, or just because there was a bit more time to get out and enjoy it.
A quiet week with work also left me with some to spend in my craft room, so there were a few cards that got done. But first, there is some catching up to to.
These were cards I did for a swap at the beginning of August. I was unable to attend, but sent my cards up with another crafting friend. This was one that was the premade swap card, that we traded. I copied the idea from a Pinterest post, then realized later, after I had cut out 90 fish, that there was a slightly easier way to do it.
The flowery birthday card was the one for the shoebox swap. That’s where you bring everything needed for the others to make your card on the spot.
The attendees were kind enough to make up their shoebox cards for me, so I was able to get all the cards even though I didn’t attend. Aren’t crafters great that way?
